I've been playing in a weekly D&D group for the last year. It's been a lot of fun, but recently a lot of our members went home . We're playing 4E. We are looking for new members. Beginners welcome. Shoot me a message.

I was "Jezz" on a text-based MUD back in 1995.
Got creeped out after watching two goblins (two dudes in RL) have sex on a turtle while I was invisible.
Haven't been back since.

Our D&D group is actually in shape. I think it's cause we've all been in Japan a long time - good diet and all the vigorous activity.

Back in High School I didn't like the d&d players too much and they sure didn't like me because I banged all the cute nerdy girls they had crushes - but didn't act on
Nowadays, sometimes, I'm a bit jealous of them though because they're dentists and whatnot and are married and babied to those same women.
Other days not so jealous.

I remember how kids would make fun of the guys who played D&D. Now, games like WOW, movies like Harry Potter are so popular. I think the other kids finally figured out how interesting it can be.
On the other hand, there are some people who take it to the extreme...
