On NTV they have a drama about a hardass elementary school teacher. I found what I think is the webpage for this drama

Whenever I turn the TV on they seem to have re-runs of this show. I can't escape from it.
Now I'm curious about what the story of the drama is ? It seems to just follow the kids around as they do boring elementary school activities and then every now and again the hard-___ teacher turns up and scares the children.
Does anybody follow this drama and can explain it ?
I've really got to learn japanese. It makes me weary having so much stuff happening around me that I can't understand !!
