What, is Morning Musume took much trouble for this guy to follow around? Maybe Kent Brockman should get a restraining order against his internet stalker. Oh wait a minute...he seems quite fond of the idea. But I can tell you from personal experience that have a stalker is no laughing matter. Who can forget what happened to Donna our senior year at C.U. My god, she was taken hostage in the campus T.V. studio by her stalker. You're going down a very slippery slope here, Mr. Brockman. Beware my friend, beware.

Restraining order? I need a restraining LEASH for my stalker to stop them stalking somebody else.

Perhaps something in crushed velvet (vermillion?) would be suitable.

Attaching someone to a "burnt Sierra" would certainly hamper her chances of making a getaway. They can be straightforwardly found on the estates of South London, if you're keen.
