While Kent Brockman is passed out on drunk on his sofa, I continue to bring the news to the faithful gaijinpot.com users. Follow the link below and you'll find the story of a mochi store in L.A. (not too far from the Hills) that has been around for 99 years. New Year's is it's biggest time of the year, but sales are slumping as the Japanese community moves to the suburbs and Asian markets spring up all over town.

I have solved the mystery! After tasting my fair share of mochi over the New Year's holiday, I understand why the store has fallen on hard times. That stuff if horrible!

Not only does mochi taste like yesterday's garbage, it is deadly! Read the link if you don't believe me!
