I present you this stirring piece about centenarians on Okinawa. Seems they live such long lives because of their healthy diets - lots of tofu and seaweed. Sounds delicious to me! I think I'd rather eat tasty food and keel over at 85 than squeeze out a few more years on such a bland diet.
