He had zero accountability in his first term.
At least in his second term, he will be constrained. Because most of the troops are tied up doing police work in Iraq, there will be no new invasions (Iran, Syria, Palestine, The Sudan and North Korea must be breathing a sigh of relief about that!)

Do you really think that there is no chance of Bush invading Iran during a second term in office? Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and other hawks in the administration seem to have already decided that Iran is secretly building nuclear weapons. If they can prove it and Iran fails to cease and desist, it seems highly likely that another pre-emptive strike could be "justified", at the very least.

I'm just counting the days till kicking Bush out of office. Things are worse in the U.S. than before Bush. I'm definitely getting my absentee ballot ready.
