Recycle shops?

I recently moved to Yamato, Kanagawa. Getting new furniture is so expensive here! I was told that Recycle shops are the way to go. Does anyone know where I can find Used Furniture Store or Recyle shops in Kanagawa and Tokyo area.

The Meguro Recycle Plaza

sells used and reconditioned furniture at very reasonable prices, and non-Meguro-ku residents can also buy. Many other municipalities restrict their recycled stuff for residents and you have to go thorough a weekly lottery to (maybe) get what you want, but at the one in Meguro you can buy the items on the spot. The selection changes almost daily and it's so cheap it's fun to shop there.
