Look out on the train for places advertising secondhand office/ business equipment. (中古・OA). In Tokyo, have seen secondhand shops around Kanda/ Jimbocho, Nihonbashi/ Iwamotocho, or Nakano.
Also try Tokyo Classifieds/ Metropolis adverts, with expats selling their stuff before leaving Japan.
