Hi. Does anyone know of a cheap place in Tokyo where I can buy framed prints to make my apt look better?

Well, I would have said any department store, most of them have a very good selection.... but then again, it all depends of what you mean by "cheap".

Japanese - Oriental bazaar - Harajuku - economical
Others - depends what you like - just look around shops/ museums/ exhibitions/ showrooms. Get off your computer and onto the streets.
