Are there not any English hairdressers living in Tokyo Japan? Ther must be surely?
Someone must know. My hair is the most important thing to me and to humans as your hair makes you attractive or ugly.
Very important.

Try "Hair Paradise Milky Way Happy Orenji" in Harajuku. I know it's a mouthful but they do awesome cuts, straight-perms, etc. Their English level isn't too bad. The stylist guy Toshi is the coolest thing since sliced bread. It's just to the right of Takeshita Street.

I think Toni & Guy in Hiroo have hairdressers that are Japanese but speak English and have been trained in England. Lots of people I know have mentioned going there.

TEN,

How can you be sure it's the best? Have you been to many of those in Japan?

. . I am really happy with them. A lot of the foreign community go there; I belive nearly 90% of their clientele is foreign. It's has great people and it is a really cool little place too. They have bilingual foreign trained Japanese and also foreigners working there. Hope it helps. .
