Keeping cool

With these days of 30+ temps, what's your favourite poison to keep cool?

I was saved last week with "Coolish" - an ice-cream in a plastic bottle made by our good friends at Lotte. One hit and all that icy gooey goodness went straight to the head. So cheap and easy to carry around. Shame about only two flavours though (Vanilla and Cappucino) - wouldn't mind seeing a bit of strawberry or banana action.

I like them too. They have mango flavor too, you know!
Try not to have too many though.
They are bad for your teeth, not to mention your waistline.

I am all about Kirin Gogo no Kocha. It is loaded with sugar and caffeine.

It is bad for your teeth and health most likely so I try to force myself to drink the healthier Uroncha which isnt as fun.
