Thanks for the help! I think i will have to rely on the internet. I was hoping there was some kind of herbal store around here that sold stevia extract so i wouldn't have to pay the shipping and handling.

You can buy stevia powder at Loft in Tokyo so it may be possible to find it at Loft in Nagoya also.
