Am quite frustrated at not being able to find an electric vegetable steamer anywhere in Tokyo! Does anyone have any tips? Have a feeling that they just don't exist in Japan! I've seen the dual rice-cooker/steamer pot type things but it seems silly to buy one of those as I already have a rice cooker. Much obliged!!!

Just convert your ricer steamer now! I am sure you can buy a metal tray/rack or something at the Y100 store.
