If I was a girl, I would dig Japanese guys.

I think the attraction between Japanese men and western women is just as strong -- perhaps just as blind -- as that between Japanese women and western men. And if you look at the statistics, the majority of interracial marriages in Japan are between Japanese men and foriegn women.

By the way, I don't buy the stereotype that Japanese guys are too shy to make a move. Everywhere you go in Japan, you see couples together. If Japanese were too shy to initiate relationships, how come there are so many couples here? And the fact that there are so many people here, shows there must be a lot of sex going on.

The majority of marriages to non-Japanese are a Japanese mand and non-Japanese woman yes, but I think they are mainly Asian. A Chinese, Korean, or Southeast Asian girl is not the same as a Western girl. They are not considered "scary" and are considered able to learn Japanese. We are not.

The place isn't special by any stretch. It's pretty easy to find though. It's on the same street as Sala. If you're facing Sala, then turn right and walk about 30-50 meters. It's on the 2nd floor in one of those buildings on the left hand side.
I've only been 3 times. First time: There was a group of westerners that were friendly and the DJ took requests.
2nd time: There was a Japanese Reggae party, which meant: Crowded ___ place so packed it resembled a subway during rush hour, music so loud it kills your ears, and a Japanese MC/DJ doing more yelling in the mic than playing music.
The 3rd time was the sweetest. The place was empty, and then by total astronomical chance, (which I know will never happen again) a group of hotties stepped in looking for a bar, cause they missed the last train to Tokyo. Didn't get laid, but we took shots and danced all night. God damn did we dance.

It's the best place I've been to outside Tokyo, quiet on weekdays but kickass on weekends, great people (girls and guys) at the trance and reggae parites and some fantastic DJ's. Yeah the MC's suck but that's what Japanese like...
Damn cheap too and the manager is really cool with gaijin, always lets me in free if there is a cover charge (which is usually cheaper than in Tokyo!) Check it out!
