what to do when i divorce?

Well ive been in japan for about 2 years and in that time i have been married for almost 1...now i read many other posts ad used their information as it applied to my relationship but the thing is that is just wont work out.......so big change.....divorce....now what im concerned about is visa, money, immigration, taxes...all kinds of things that until now i thought would be taken care of by both of us. but as i said it is over...so does anyone know what will happen to the visa....do i have to leave japan directly?

At the end of the visa period. Unless you can change to another status of residence, but only 2 years may not be enough for that.
