I would like some feedback and advice, on what legal action i could take in regards to an envelope marked confidential and "shiten" in Japanese which was opened by my former contracting organization, a Board of Education.
The letter, from a bank, was addressed to my former residence, and passed on to the C.C by the present resident at that address.

any solid references to Japanese Law in regards to this, and how to inform the C.C about what it has done would be much appreciated.

Sanjiro.
Also, other mail was opened, fromn the same address, but not marked confidential, or shiten.

You have to prove that Board of Education opened your letter, not somebody else, the present resident for a example. Can you prove that?
