marial arts dojos in tokyo/saitama

Anyone out there in the Tokyo/Saitama area practicing Martial Arts? I really need to do some exercise and am thinking to take up some some kind of martial art- not necessarily a Japanese one. If any one has any advice, recommendations or words of caution about dodjos for example, I'd appreciate hearing them.

Me too! Apparently the best thing to do is just turn up, but Im a little reluctant to do this with my zero japanese. Anyone know any Karate dojos in the Ueno area?
