Don't know if this will be of any help to anyone, but I have come across a website that can lend money for a business. Don't know all the details yet, but will have a meeting over the next couple of weeks, and if anyone is interested, I'll post the results.

FYI - Most of the loans from the National Life Finance Forporation (NLFC) require collateral or a guarantor.

Some special loans below 5.5M\ do not, but the business and operator must fulfil certain conditions, e.g. term of business, relationship between university/ education major and type of business, creation of employment opportunities, value added quality. The applicant must also cover half the start-up costs.
