Not a great time for looking; most people are on holiday for a week or so around then.

A GREAT time to start a job; you`ll get a paid holiday right away!

Gotta agree with madeira. The entire damn country shuts down from about Dec. 30 until Jan. 3, which is a long four days if you don't know the way around. On the other hand, you get to miss all those moronic Year End Blowout Sales at home. So ya got that going for ya.

I will be in Nagoya for Jan 6th.

When I was booking my ticket they told me that if I fly after January 5th it would be cheaper, I assume that means people are back to work and able to interview.
