Flax seeds/oil?

Where can I find this stuff in Tokyo?

I've been looking for a while as I seem to be missing certain EFAs in my diet and flax seeds or flax oil happens to have a lot of these. I would normally look in a health food or nutrition type store back home but there seems to be a severe lack of these in Tokyo. For the most part I see a lot of stores devoted to making you look good, but not as many devoted to making you feel good.

Any help would be appreciated.
