Long-term in Tokyo on Low Pay

I'll be moving to Tokyo soon and will need long-term accomodation. I'm thinking of a single room in a gaijin house, to keep down expenses and make some friends. My main concern though, is cleanliness. I'm a bit older and don't like the vagrant backpacker feel of hostels etc.

Is there a nice, clean gaijin house in Tokyo with singles around Y70,000 a month, without outrageous deposits and key money?

I'd need furniture and a shared kitchen, shower atleast.

There are two in Tama Plaza on the Denetoshi line. It's 20 mins south west from Shibuya. There is no key money just a 10,000 yen refundable deposit.
