Pre college visa - possible to work more the 4 hours a day?

I will get a Pre college visa. And there is a rule that I can't work more then 4 hours a day. Is it possible to work more . How they control the time of working?

You're asking for information on how to DECEIVE the Japanese government that has given you a VISA.

You are trying to scam the system. That is most wrong! You are giving non-Japanese a bad name. Please get a LEGITIMATE visa.
