Japanese Woodblock art

I'm looking for a large-ish (60cmx40cm) woodblock print for a Chrissie present. Something fairly cheap...I'm not looking for ay antique originals, just a print similar to the one below.

Where can I buy such prints in the Tokyo area?

I realise this is even more obscure but does anyone know any good artist supplies shops that sell the actual wooblocks that they make the prints from? A friend of mine back home wants me to get her some - says they use real nice soft wood here. ta

I know it's not Tokyo, but in Kyoto, there is a great one with pretty decent prices. It is called Daishido and is Teramachi shopping arcade. Just got some good prints from there last week.
