What area would you recommend to live in? A lot of ex-pats seem to live in the SW of Tokyo. Which area would you recommend?
Which areas would you consider a bad choice and why?

Is Koto-ku a good area to live in? Does someone know some nice gaijin apatos & gaijin houses in Koto-ku?

if youre rich enough to be a proverbial "expat"
you can live anywhere you damn well please!
but most do live from Meguro to Shinjuku near the Yamanote line.
