i've seen a lot of people recommend coming to japan on a tourist visa and then try to find a job; and then go to korea while your new job is changing your visa.
i was wondering how much money i should try to plan for this trip to korea?
how long will i need to be out of japan for while they arrange a new visa?
i'll buy a round trip ticket from america to japan just in case i can't find a job. has anyone had success changing the return ticket into a round trip to korea?? (i have no idea if the airline would do this. just an idea.)
