Hi,
I'm thinking of coming to japan to work for an english conversation school next year. I'll be finishing my degree at the end of this year, but I don't think I will have my actual degree until at least April next year. My question is when applying for a job, they say they want the original degree for the purposes of getting the work visa. Will they accept an official transcript stating that I have satisfied the requirements for the degree, or will I need to wait until after I receive the actual piece of paper from the university saying "Bachelor of..." ?
Cheers,
Dave
