Im going to post this in two forums because I dont really know which it should go into. I want to purchase protein powder as well as multi vitamins in Japan. I dont want to have to deal with paying with a credit card as my credit card is a canadian one and I only pay it once a year. I also want western brands rather than the japanese ones, just because they have been tried tested and true with me. If any of you know anyting, please let me know. Thanks.

The sup selection is pretty thin over here in Japan. With all of their rules and regulations. Amazingly enough there are some things available over here that have been banned overseas while other things that are of no risk at all don't make it over here.
If you can get onto a military base I know several of them have GNC'S on them. But if you don't want to use your plastic you are going to have to do some foot work.
