  • risaikuru shoppu (second hand stores) in Nagoya

    Hello,

In the U.S. I love to shop for very cheap, used shirts in second hand stores like the Salvation Army and Goodwill. I have been looking for some second hand stores in Nagoya, but I can't seem to find any. Does anyone know where I can find some second hand shops in Nagoya?? I am not looking for expensive vintage shops... I am talking about very cheap clothing.

By the way, does Japan have any chain second hand stores? Something comparable to the Salvation Army or Goodwill.

    Thanks.

Kimball. Just south of Sengen Station. There are a number of them in Aichi.

There is a nationwide chain of (clothing) recycle shops called "Jumble Store by 2nd Street": http://www.jumblestore.com

In Nagoya, they have over ten (10) locations:

Treasure Bombs http://www.okoku.jp/ (there's a great one on the Airport side of Nags. Sorry I can't say where exactly as I've only been there once and I don't live in Nags.

Off House (part of the Book Off chain) http://www.bookoff.co.jp/
Also try Oosu if you want more retro/vintage clothing, there are many there but on the more expensive side.

Gifu also has a lot of recycle stores.
