There is an English speaking dentis in Ogikubo. On the train going towards Mitaka, go up the stairs and turn right, go down the stairs, there will be a MacDee on your left look straight ahead and you can a see a Mister Donuts walk up to it and look to the right you should see an entrance way go into it and find the elevator the dentist is on the fourth floor. The office is called Sasaki clinic, phone 3391-2222. He trained in the USA and is very good. I use him when I need him.
If you want I also know one other but he is down in Roppongi and kind of expensive because his clients have money.
I know a very good dentist in Azabu.
Dr.Suzuki in Motoazabu Hills Dental Clinic speaks good English. His way of treat patients is so nice.

"Tokyo English Speaking Dental Clinic", in Eifuku-cho, 13 mins from Shibuya Station on the Inokashira line. Its great. I live in Ibaraki Prefecture but travelled to this dental clinic many times. I too have the National Health insurance making it VERY cheap! I paid next to nothing to get my work done! Good chance to catch up on dental needs while in Japan and on the health insurance scheme.
There are many US trained and licensed dentists. Unfortunately they are more expensive than others and do not accept National Health Insurance. If you have private insurance, one of your options may be to try out some of these dentists.
