  • Dollar vs Yen?

Hello do you guys think the Dollar will keep going up? lets say until 90 yen? or it will maintain in the 80 barrier?
    ;D

If I had Yen, I would be buying USD. The current exchange rate is somewhere around 70 Yen per Dollar. That's amazingly low. Historically it has hovered right around 100 Yen per Dollar.

The U.S. economy seems to be getting stronger, and the earthquake and tsunami will likely have a longterm impact on the Japanese economy.

I think your data feed is highly delayed.

And for the record, it never went south of 75.

      Financially,
      A.

        It's around 83 right now.
Of course, you won't actually get that rate. Perhaps as A. said, around 10 yen less in a bank.
