I know most of the bigger schools have different classes for different students at different levels, but doing a job search reveals a lot for schools who seem have to many classes with people of different levels in the same class. I was wondering if this is just simply a logistics issue where they have 1 class so might as well throw 5 people of completely different levels in there to make up the numbers or if it generally does not matter with the lesson structure. Does anyone have any experience of teaching classes like this? What are some of the challenges and how did you get around them?
