Seems that we share something is common, frustration. You started a thread back in July or so wondering where all the ALT dispatch company ads went, (I'm quoting you:) You actually submitted an official bid to do the ALT work. Quote: "Properly translated and through all the right channels. Would have saved my B.O.E. a ton of money and assured them that only ALTs with long time experience and permanent visas (subject to their final approval) would work at the schools. Ignored two years in a row." It just makes me feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one who feels disrespected. I've only been dispatched for under a year. I had a direct hire position for 3.5 years...got rather screwed. Obviously you have been around and from the sounds of it you are thinking of going "back home" in the future...But before you go, do you think the Japanese should care more about what is going on with dispatch companies?
