Kabukicho is still the number one place because you can negotiate a better deal, such as a weekend or special club. It's tight knit and you are less likely to be duped by the johns for repeat business. Nothing compares to kabukicho except suskino Sapporo. Shinbashi is good but okachimachi near ueno is best. Walk from there towards kando and the left side of the street girls are no questions asked! Maybe a throwback from the war

Go to Uguisudani on JR Yamanote Line....it's between Ueno and Nippori. Cross the tracks on the overhead walkway then take a left.
