Journey/route Planner

Hello,

Does anyone know of an online route planner like multimap that I can use to get directions and transport suggestions (such as which subway line to take etc) from one place in Japan to another. Also, is there a website that deals primarily with train/subway transportation, where you can type in your place of departure and destination, and it will tell you which train/subway to take and where to change etc?
