Azabu-juban
I know it's probably too late to reply to this now, but I just thought it was really silly to make fun of it.
I was curious and a quick search on Sakura House's website gave me this. There are share house room's from 70000 yen there. I know this one is in Azabu-juban (an even better area), but it is very close to Roppongi. 7 min walk to the station, 2 min by train to Roppongi. So, there actually are really affordable places close to Roppongi. Nothing to laugh about.
I can, by the way, recommend Sakura House share houses. I stayed there myself for 4 years and had a really good experience.
