I'm planning on launching a japanese dating website. But for this I would need a "face". Therefore I am wondering on how I contact celebrities in Japan? Or the agencies of them. I need to be able to send my proposal to them. Who do I contact and where can I find the contact information I need?

if you have prior evidence that your idea was first you could sue for huge money. don't think they'd be willing to take the risk in most cases.
