Where can I find a supermarket that sells lamb and/or rabbit meat?

I see lamb in Indian restaurants sometimes, but never in stores.

It would be nice if there were some rabbit, too.

Any ideas?

Did you check Hanamasa ? Maybe also Nisshin ('Meat Rush')

My local Maruetsu sells lamb on a regular basis. Was even a sale on it last week.

Hanamasa is a good source too as mentioned before.

Nissin in azabu-judan. Rabbit, quail lamb (You can even buy a WHOLE frozen lamb!) frog-legs...
It is quite amazing and not THAT expensive. You can get a pack of 2 huge lamb-shanks for about 800 yens...

It's because you see only in one direction- Meat. So you think all meat must be there. Lamb meat is normally available in any supermarkte but it's not in the Meat section. It's sold frozen and therefore it's in the freezer, together with gyoza, cabbage rolls, etc.

I will take a look. I don't buy frozen food so I guess I would be sure to miss it.
