Default Should I Take Advantage of Compliments?

Many Japanese people tell me I'm handsome. Both men and women. It's nothing sexual most of the time I think. But I haven't been here long and people have already told me this many times. I think maybe I have a look that Japanese people like. Some older men just started talking to me in izakaya and bought me dinner, it's happened 3 times by now.

Should I take advantage of this in Japan, is it considered good by Japanese? Maybe I will become freelance "host" then.

What, you're gonna molest the old men? Go for it.
I am financially motivated to whore myself out.

I don't want to have to touch them or be touched. I just want to be bought nice things...a new wardrobe, etc.

and what will you give them in return for the wardrobe and presents? Or should they buy you stuff because you look like a TV host?

For what it's worth, mishimanic, I have the same problem.

Random strangers often walk up to me, praise my good looks, and offer me cash.

We should form a team or something and milk them for all their worth!
Why do so many people exploit Facebook in such inane ways?

Hey I get that too, Perhaps we should do a Johhnie and also collaborate ourselves into a talent-less idol group... I cant sing or dance, but i can appear on TV and stage and contribute absolutely nothing. I cant think of any better form of "milking for all they're worth".

I have yet to see a good looking gaijin on this crazy island yet.

Holy Jebus on a cracker you all look like freak-a-zoids.
Shibuya station around Saturday afternoon is like a sea of anally-shaved donkeys walking backwards.

And what is it with you shambling nightmares and not combing your hair? (when you have it)
and for fVcks sake, bathe once in a while will you please?

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm due for a shave.
