Has anyone been to the new costco in Kyoto? Any different from the Amagasaki one? I live in Osaka, so go to the Amagasaki one, but is it worth the trip to Kyoto?

Considering Amagasaki is the armpit of Kansai, it might be nice to combine an out outing in Kyoto with a Costco trip. Just an idea......
I think it's true and that's good enough for me.

the new one in yawata, kyoto is a bit smaller and has a bit less stuff, veggies for example. i'd say if the amagasaki one is closer then you are lucky and there is NO reason to head all the way over to the yawata store. for me the yawata store is great as it is only 15 minutes out of my way on my friday commute!

Thanks for the replies! I guess there is no need to rush down there then!
I kinda thought that with Kyoto being such a big place the costco would probably also be big, maybe if I'm bored one day I'll go for a drive to the kyoto one to just check it out
