Are you sure it was not a porn video with actors? Why would a doctor need to have intercourse with his patients in the course of an examination?

To answer your question, a real doctor would lose his medical licence and be arrested if the victim presses charges. Over 80 % of women do not press charges due to humiliation factors, being told they provoked the assailant etc.

But isn't this something a gynecologist should legitimately be able to say? Like when the dentist tells you you have wonderful gums.
