Question about freelance work from abroad and visiting Japan

Scenario:

A person does freelance work for a Japanese company from abroad and is paid into a foreign bank account once every month for projects completed during the previous month.
Now, would it be OK if that person goes to Japan and recieves money in their foreign account for services rendered before entering the country?
There wouldn't be any rendering of services after entering the country.

It seems like there would be no problem although technically the money is recieved whilst being in the country...

Any thoughts?

Technically you have no taxable income in Japan and legally are not working here. Come on a tourist visa and do your business, many foreign businessmen do that all the time.
