Woman, 32, 'had sex with an under-16 boy in park bathroom

A 32-year-old woman was arrested for having sex with a boy under the age of 16 in a park bathroom.

Destiny Ruth Witte, from Lakeland, Orlando, is believed to have kissed the child before taking him to a bathroom and having sex with him.

She was arrested on Wednesday after the teenager told police about their alleged relationship and let him listen in on a phone call.

It was first discovered this week when a relative of the teeanger became concerned about how close the pair had become and invited Witte to the family home for a talk.

Few details have been revealed about the meeting but according to the Orlando Sentinel, Witte arrived wearing 'provocative clothes' and embraced the teen in a 'passionate' manner during the 'awkward' meeting.

During the phone call between Witte and the teen which led to her arrest, when one of the detectives broke into the conversation, the 32-year-old agreed to meet with them.

She later said she felt 'sick to her stomach and realized what she had done was wrong…and would be willing to get counseling or do anything to "make this right",' according to the arrest report.

She has been charged with one count of lewd battery on a child under 16 and two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16, both second-degree felonies.
