To make a short story long,
Went to get my new gaijin card and noticed my spousal visa expies in a couple days, got the forms for the visa renewal and noticed my passport expired 3 montsh ago. Do I go passport, visa, then gaijin card? Will someone catch me out and put me on a plane? Anyone with similar experiences?

Visa first.

Like EA said Visa first, they probably will not notice that your passport has rxpired and if they do, say you are sorry but you did not k realize it had wxpired!
