Is it possible to add my Computer(Windows XP, English Version) to a Network that has been named in Japanese Kanji without renaming the network? Do I have to download a language support package? Any other suggestions?

You can add your PC to the network, but you may have some trouble reading some of the Japanese file names, if you do not have the Japanese language pack installed and enabled. Vice versa is no problem.
