skirt buying in osaka

As the weather is soon to approach intolerably hot I need to stock up on some summer skirts.

Can anyone reccomend anywhere good (and fashionable, I want to avoid the old woman style shoes) in Osaka? My problem is that I am a UK size 12 (about 10) US so a bit bigger than the average japanese person (although pretty normal for a gaijin).
