Man, you may have blown it. Clause 5.2 of the lastest version of Japan's stocking law clearly states, in Japanese, that to fraudulently misrepresent yourself in order to lure another person with the promise of sex, or anything potentially sexual in nature, is punishable by fines of up to 5 million yen and 2 years imprisonment. Further, if the unlawful act was carried out with a reckless disregard for the emotional state of the victim, fines of up to 10 million yen and 5 years imprisonment may apply. Alternatively the judge can opt to sentence you to a lifetime of virginity and community service to be carried out by sweeping up crap on the gaijinpot.

Hope for a good judge, I guess.

Joking aside, the ANTI-stocking laws in Japan these days are unbelievably strict. They will even use it to protect foreigners - even yuks like me. And it takes little more than a few emails and misleading words for it to apply. Never expect Japanese law to be interpreted in anyway even remotely similar to what westerners would expect.

Anyway, the guy you did it to should just kick your ___ and then you can buy him a beer. Good prank but you've got to be punished.
