letter to Mr Saruhashi (or Sahashi)

I work for NOVA (Have been for a long time) - I like the people I work with and most (98%) of the students are friendly....I haven't left because I like working there....anyway enough about me...

Mr Sahashi (or Saruhashi) - I beg you to resign..YOU caused NOVAs problems - If you continue to be our CEO then YOU will hurt many instructors that have worked hard for you for many years....People with wives, houses, children and lives in Japan.

Upper management must be cut and professionals hired to help the company deal with this crisis.

If you have any honor, resign

Why do you think Saruhashi should care about instructors, their wives, houses and children? None of this is his responsibility. The responsibility of these things is the instructor's alone.

Saruhashi's only responsibility is to his shareholders. Leave him alone and let him bankrupt the company as he sees fit. It's HIS (and other shareholders') company, after all

Here's an idea- why don't you buy some stock and THEN complain to him about his incompetence.

Does anyone have an actual idea as to how many shareholders there are in the micro-company on the market.

Note, micro-company is not meant to be an insulting comment on the company, that`s the term used for companies that size on the stock market, like `Bob`s Paint Supply Warehouse`, with an advertising slogan like `buy our stock today, from me or my wife Debbie-Jo down at the gas stand at the edge of town`
