Why don't you just buy yourself either one of the JTB Say It in Japanese series of books, or a good dictionary,
The former would help you better adjust to living in Japan, in which you obviously have lots of questions, while the latter would be a good investment, and even if you cannot pronounce the words, you can still point them out. You'll be asking next for words to use at the station, in the airport, etc..
But for a start...
wire transfer - furikomi - 振り込む

A money order:
Kawase
Kokusai Kawase is an international one.
transfer is usually "furikomi"
If this is international, I suppose you would say "kokusai furikomi"?
Also,
has proved useful on occasions when I need them to do something involving living in the late 20th or early 21st centuries.doushite nihon no ginkou ha daisansekai no ginkou yori okurete imasuka? Nihon ha mada hatten tojou desuka?
But you'll find all that out soon enough.

ATM's with hours????????????????
If it weren't so tragic, it'd be comical.
