    Suzy,

are you familiar with the weekly magazine Metropolis? They have a website and a paper edition. The website is at: http://metropolis.japantoday.com/default.asp With respect to live concerts and club listings I think that the paper edition has much more details than the website. Every now and then also reggae events are being mentioned in these listings. May be this could give you a first hint on where to look for dancehall and reggae music.

    Have fun!

    J.
