Cheap grappling gi in Tokyo

Hey guys, just a short question:

I'm looking for a CHEAP judo/jj in Tokyo. Do you guys have any recommendations and price indications? Also, I'm 190 cm tall, will that be a problem?

I heard you can get a normal, decent judo gi for around 5000 yen, is that true?
